This Privacy Policy describes how Access for Everyone ("AX4E," "we," "us") collects, uses, and protects information when you visit ax4e.com and our related sites, use our free tools, or subscribe to our newsletters. The short version: we collect the minimum we need, we do not sell your data, and we do not run ads.

Information you provide

  • Contact and scan request forms: name, organization, website URL, and email address, so we can deliver your report and respond to you. Form submissions are processed by Web3Forms.
  • Newsletter subscriptions: your email address and the sector interests you select, managed through Beehiiv, our newsletter platform.
  • Customer accounts and billing: if you purchase a plan, we collect the business and payment details needed to provide the service. Payment processing is handled by our payment provider; we do not store full card numbers.

Information collected automatically

  • Basic technical data: our hosting provider, Cloudflare, processes IP addresses and request data to serve and secure the site.
  • Widget preferences: the AX4E assistive toolbar stores your accessibility preferences (such as contrast or font choices) locally in your browser. These never leave your device.

Cookies and local storage

We keep this minimal. We do not use advertising or cross-site tracking cookies. Our sites use local browser storage for assistive toolbar preferences and, where applicable, to remember progress in free tools like the Title II Checklist. Cloudflare may set strictly necessary cookies for security and performance. Because we avoid non-essential cookies, we do not display a cookie consent banner.

How we use information

  • To deliver scan reports, respond to inquiries, and provide services you request.
  • To send newsletters you subscribed to - every issue includes a one-click unsubscribe.
  • To operate, secure, and improve our sites and services.

We do not sell or rent personal information, and we do not share it with third parties for their marketing.

Service providers

We rely on a small set of processors to operate: Cloudflare (hosting and security), Web3Forms (form delivery), and Beehiiv (newsletters). Each receives only the data needed to perform its function.

Data retention and your rights

We keep personal information only as long as needed for the purposes above. You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal information at any time by emailing [email protected]. If you are in a jurisdiction with specific privacy rights (such as the EU/UK GDPR or applicable U.S. state laws), we will honor requests consistent with those laws.

Children

Our services are directed at organizations and professionals, not children. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13.
